Conference Terms and Conditions
By registering for The Human Insights Conference 2024 delegates of agree to honour and adhere to the following Terms and Conditions.
Registrations are to be paid either at the time of registration by credit card or via EFT within 14 days. If payment is not received in full within this time frame, the registration will be cancelled. All payments must be made before the day of the event.
Delegates accept that registration is based on availability.
Delegates agree that the information that they have provided at the time of registration is true and accurate.
Delegates will be subjected to registration validation. Should there be any error made by the delegate in the ticket purchasing process, they will be liable for any registration amends which this may also incur an administrative fee by The Research Society.
The Research Society reserves the right at any time to:
- Change any aspect of the event including but not limited to format, presenters, content, location, and timings.
- Postpone all or part of the event.
- Cancel all or part of the event and will not be liable for any damages, costs, losses, or expenses incurred by the delegate.
The Research Society makes every effort to ensure that conference content is obtained from reliable and reputable sources. As such, the content and program are based on this belief. The Research Society will not be held accountable for individual views expressed at the Human Insights Conference.
Delegates must comply with all venue conditions, rules, regulations and usage in connection with the event. Delegates agree to comply with all verbal and written directions provided by The Research Society or the venue whilst at, entering, or departing the venue.
Delegates are expected to always behave in an appropriate and professional manner whilst in attendance at the venue for the duration of the event.
Video and/or audio recordings by delegates of any event session is not permitted.
Delegates agree that by participating in the event that their image may be used for marketing material.
Delegates should not attend the event when unwell with a potentially contagious illness. A full refund will be issued on receipt of a medical certificate.
The Research Society reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any delegates who do not fulfil these obligation.
Delegates are responsible for their own wellbeing and wellbeing of others and as such use the facilities at their own risk. The Research Society accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to property.
Delegates will comply with all health directives in place as a result of any government-imposed requirement.
Delegates will inform The Research Society of any dietary requirements in advance to enable these to be accommodated or where not possible, to advise of alternate solutions.
The Research Society supports inclusivity and accessibility to all events. Attending delegates are invited to discuss any requirements with our team to ensure their needs can be met to the best of The Research Society and venues of all our delegates to the best of our ability.

All content and program details are correct at time of publication. The Research Society reserves the right to modify the program and content of the Human Insights Conference if the need arises without prior notice.
