Conference Cancellation Policy

Please note that The Research Society applies a strict cancellation policy in relation to the Human Insights Conference.

All cancellations must be received in writing to the Events Team at events@researchsociety.com.au.

No refunds are offered for cancellations.

A delegate substitution will be considered for a cancellation, but this must be requested in writing no later than 21 days before the start of the event.

Delegate substitutions will be considered based on ticket type and are non-transferrable across delegate types. For example, a member ticket cannot be transferred to a non-member. If you are unsure of your membership status or would like to become a member, please contact us by email membership@researchsociety.com.au or call us on (02) 9566 3100.

The Research Society reserves the right to refuse a delegate substitution.

Please note the following closing dates in relation to registration:

Earlybird registrations close Sunday 14th July 2024

Registrations close Monday 26th August 2024

Late registrations may be considered and are subject to availability.

Please note event ticketing may close earlier if maximum capacity has been reached.

Delegates should not attend the event when unwell with a potentially contagious illness. A full refund will be issued on receipt of a medical certificate.
